Settlers' Green is located at the gateway to North Conway in the White Mountains Region of New Hampshire. The area offers a rich array of year-round activities for families, groups and couples on extended visits. Climate & Seasons
Spring and Fall are glorious with temperatures from the 50s to 70s Farenheit. Nights can dip into the 30s. Summertime averages high 70s to low 80s with a sprinkling of 90 degree days. Nights are apt to be cooler. Winter weather can be extreme with lows in the teens and highs in the 30s.

Our Outlets & Area Shopping
Settlers' Green opened in 1988 just as outlet shopping was taking off. The words North Conway and "outlet shopping" soon became synonymous in the New England region. Settlers' Green is home to Coach Factory, Banana Republic Factory, Under Armour Factory, Nike Factory, J. Crew Factory and more. Settlers' Crossing, which is our sister shopping center also has excellent outlets such as LL Bean Outlet and Clarks Bostonian. Other nearby outlets and stores are located along Route 16 leading into North Conway Village, where shoppers can find unique gifts, souveniers and more at stores like Zeb's Country Store, The Penguin and The Funky Bubble.
Hiking, biking, sight-seeing and skiing are some of the most popular and well-known area activities. Rock and ice climbing, led by expert climbing guides from Eastern Mountain Sports Climbing School, take place at Cathedral Ledge and White Horse Ledge, some of the country's most difficult climbing surfaces. River canoeing, kayaking, fly fishing, swimming and river tubing are highly popular in the summer months on the nearby Saco River.
Storyland and The Conway Scenic Railroad are very popular for young families in the warm months. There are also 11 area golf courses, cross-country and downhill mountain biking and more.
In the winter, there are ten ski areas located within an hour's drive with many like Cranmore, Shawnee Peak and Attitash Mountain Resort just minutes from our outlets. Skiing is just the start of a winter vacation in North Conway, there’s also cross-country skiing, winter hiking, snowshoeing, snow tubing and ice skating.
