Settlers Crossing Commits $1000 to Kismet Rock Foundation

Settlers Crossing recently donated $1000 to the Kismet Rock Foundation during its end of the year giving and support drive. The Kismet Rock Foundation is a nonprofit program in North Conway that focuses on redirecting the path and potential of vulnerable children through the sport of rock climbing.

"We're excited to give to a group that does an exceptional job at providing opportunities to youth in a unique way," said Dot Seybold, general manager of OVP Management, Inc., which manages Settlers Crossing.

OVP Management, Inc. chose to give to Kismet Rock Foundation on behalf of Settlers Crossing, which is home to outdoor adventure brands such as Eastern Mountain Sports, the EMS Climbing School and LL Bean Outlet. Similarly, Settlers Crossing has funded other outdoor-related programs and events in 2016 including the Seek The Peak Hike-A-Thon presented by the Mount Washington Observatory and the Midnight Owl 15K Run by the MWV Skating Club.
