Why aren't you selling paper gift certificates anymore?

Effective February 2017, we suspended the Settlers Green Gift Certificate Program. All paper gift certificates that are in circulation are still valid. The issue was with the point of sales at different stores. Since gift certificates were processed like checks, stores that are no longer accepting checks or processing checks could not accept the gift certificate.

Will my old gift certificate(s) still be accepted at stores and restaurants?

Yes, to an extent. If you have a paper Gift Certificate, it is still valid and can be accepted at all stores except for the following*: Talbots, Dressbarn, Multiple Gift Certificates on a single transaction at Eddie Bauer, select stores at Settlers Crossing including Eastern Mountain Sports. *List subject to change; inquire with a store associate prior to purchase.
