2023 Leasing and Development Highlights

Marked by a 35th anniversary celebration in 2023, OVP Management Inc. is wrapping up a busy year in leasing and development at Settlers Green. Here’s a look at the 2023 highlights along with what’s on the horizon for 2024.

2023 Highlights

Development

  • Market Basket - a 70,000 square foot store, home to one of the most popular grocers in the US, particularly the Northeast

Expansions

  • Old Navy Outlet – relocated and expanded to 14,282 square feet
  • J.Crew Factory Store – relocated and expanded to 5,870 square feet; incorporated Crewcuts kids collection

New Tenants

  • Merrell – a 2,300 square foot store
  • Cotopaxi – a 3,271 square foot store; the company’s first-ever outlet store
  • Boba Beach Bubble Tea – local seasonal food truck operation
  • Swix – a 3,240 square foot store; the company’s first-ever US operation
  • Mountain Moose Asian Noodle – a 2,350 square foot restaurant; experienced culinary team and restaurant operator with several traditional Thai restaurants throughout the New England region

2024 Outlook

Development

  • Panera Bread – a 3,500 square foot building to be developed at Settlers Green Streetside
  • Meredith Village Savings Bank – a state-of-the-art banking office to be developed at Settlers Crossing

Expansions

  • Ryan's Family Amusements – adding 10,000 square feet including an inflatable air park and food and beverage service
  • Boba Beach Bubble Tea – expanding to year-round operation

New Tenants

  • Ann Taylor Factory – a 4,515 square foot store
  • Aspen Dental – a 3,471 square foot space

2023 Community Outreach

OVP Management Inc. gifted nearly one acre of commercial land on Hemlock Lane in North Conway to the Mt. Washington Valley Trails Association for it to be incorporated into the master project plan for the North Conway Recreation Path. Over a decade in the making, the 2.9-mile North Conway Recreation Path Phase 1 opened over the summer.

In addition, over $20,000 in sponsorship and donations went to the North Conway and Mt. Washington Valley communities’ nonprofits, schools and charities including:

  • White Mountain Milers
  • Pope Memorial Library
  • Tin Mountain Conservation
  • Valley Promotions
  • Memorial Hospital

  • Mt. Washington Valley Kiwanis Club
