Ann Taylor Factory Opening at Settlers Green

Settlers Green is welcoming women’s professional clothing retailer, Ann Taylor Factory, set to open in Spring 2024. The 4,516 square foot store will be located in Suite C18 in the Courtyard of Settlers Green.

Founded in New England, Ann Taylor offers classic-styled suits, separates, dresses, shoes and accessories. Settlers Green currently has a LOFT Outlet store, an extension of the Ann Taylor brand, which offers casual lifestyle clothing.

Ann Taylor and LOFT along with Talbots and Chico’s, which also have locations at Settlers Green, have come together under a new holding company, KnitWell Group, formed by private equity firm Sycamore Partners.

“Ann Taylor is defined by its traditional approach to women’s workwear with classics that will likely never go out of style,” said Marketing Director Laura Lemieux. “Its arrival to Settlers Green times well as the return-to-office trend continues in 2024 and workwear demand increases.”
