Popular clothing brand Aerie to open in Spring 2025

Settlers Green is adding Aerie, a fast-growing lifestyle brand focused on lingerie, cozy apparel, swim and activewear. It is a sister brand to American Eagle.

Founded in 2006, Aerie caters to Gen Z shoppers with a strategy that celebrates real bodies in its social media presence and champions sustainable practices with product sources and material. Empowering young women is central to Aerie’s mission. They support charitable causes that promote health and education, through nonprofits like Delivering Good and the recently founded AE Foundation.

"It’s always good to see a brand whose values are in line with its customer,” said Settlers Green Marketing Director Laura Lemieux. “It is essential in today’s retail landscape, and we are thrilled to bring Aerie into of tenant mix that caters toward our younger shoppers.”

Aerie will open its 5,033 square foot store in Suite H40 next to Old Navy Outlet at Settlers Green in Spring 2025.
