Spring is in Bloom at Settlers Green

Settlers Green is celebrating the arrival of spring with a series of special events, seasonal openings and new store arrivals starting in May.

On Saturday, May 10, Settlers Green is hosting its first-ever Mother’s Day Stroll. This event includes a free all-inclusive ticket to special events, shopping promotions, lunch and drink specials and free gifts. The event is being presented by The SoakingPot Infusion Spa, which will provide a gift for every person that is registered. Space is limited and the Guest List closes on May 8. Join the Guest List at settlersgreen.com/events.

In conjunction with the Mother’s Day Stroll, Settlers Green will reveal its newest piece of public art. “IO” by Rik Phillips will be revealed at 11 a.m. next to Eddie Bauer. The art piece is the center’s first-ever art restoration piece. It came to the center after decades spent at Jerry’s Furniture in Intervale, NH. It went through a complete restoration at Color Coatings in Wakefield, NH, and was installed last fall. The 16-foot tall, bright red sculpture will receive its proper introduction on May 10, and all are welcome to attend. Learn more about the piece and view a map of the Settlers Green Public Art Walk.

Turning to development updates, shoppers are in high anticipation for new store openings including aerie and Pandora. Aerie is a fast-growing women’s lifestyle brand focused on lingerie, cozy apparel, swim and activewear. It is a sister brand to American Eagle. Aerie aims to open by June 5 in Suite H40 next to Old Navy. Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand, will open a new store on July 3 in Suite L20 next to Polo Ralph Lauren.

“In recent years, Pandora has elevated itself from a charm and bracelet company to a complete fine jewelry brand with a focus on sustainability,” said Marketing Director Laura Lemieux. “The sleek store design will create an intimate shopping experience with something for any jewelry wearing and buying occasions.”

Additionally, Francesca’s has recently completed a relocation and is now open in Suite B18 next to Talbots. The center is preparing for the return of seasonal offerings including Cheese Louise, Sprinks Ice Cream Truck and the Sam Adams Beer Garden. Cheese Louise and Sprinks are slated to open Memorial Day Weekend while the Sam Adams Beer Garden opens on Mother’s Day Weekend. It will feature live music every Saturday from 1-4 p.m. with local artist Julia Velie headlining the opening weekend during the Mother’s Day Stroll on May 10. The Sam Adams Beer Garden is located near Mountain Moose Noodles.
